MEET JASON GRIFFITH CMT, LMT

Jason Griffith began his healing journey at MIMT in 2002. Upon graduation, he stayed and became an instructor. He then moved on to work for a spa with 70+ locations across the states where he was one of the top 3 therapists in the company 3 years in a row. He also worked as an educator for that company for over 3 years. It soon became time to move onto bigger and better things. 

In 2008 he relocated to the US Virgin Islands and worked at a resort spa for 5 years. There he was able to gain even more experience with healing and rehabilitating people from around the world. After leaving the Virgin Islands Jason spent 2 months backpacking the Appalachian Trail completing a 1/4 of the AT before moving to sunny Colorado. 

For the past 5 years Jason has worked at a therapeutic spa giving massages & 3 years shaping other massage therapists as part of the management team. With over 20 years of experience Jason uses knowledge and intuition to not only give a great massage but educate clients on maintaining the health of their body after they leave.

He has helped improve the day to day life of chronic pain sufferers due to injuries or medical conditions. He has many dedicated prenatal clients that he has worked with to keep them healthy and comfortable throughout their pregnancy and after. 

He uses a variety of styles ranging from relaxation to deep tissue. He really enjoys working on the neck area as we all need that whether we know it or not. Although each massage is tailored to your needs he usually works in a little acupressure, deep tissue, neuromuscular, stretching, and reflexology into each session to make sure you feel at your best when finished. He, of course, goes over stretching and relaxation techniques with you so you can continue to feel great between appointments.
